I like to think of myself as the person who best fits the phrase: “There’s more than meets the eye.” Wait…isn’t that from the transformer cartoon? Well, either way, it’s true. I sing, I act, I MOVE (quite convincingly- a dancer told me once)…

and I am FLUENT in Spanish...seriously!

Born and raised in the San Francisco Bay Area, I began my artistic pursuits while in elementary school. After a little success in the print/ commercial world, I dove into Theatre and fell in love. The journey brought from San Francisco to Orange county- earning a B.A. in Drama from the University of California, Irvine, where I appeared in many of their main stage shows, as well as produced my own concert in the Claire Trevor Theater.

After UC Irvine, I decide to head back to the Bay Area and put my degree to work in places like TheatreWorks, 42nd St. Moon, The Retro Dome, The Willows, Broadway By the Bay, and many more. I continued my studies at the San Francisco Academy for the Performing Arts, with a focus on voice building and creating roles.

As the work continued to present itself, I realized it was time to go to New York, where I currently work, live, and create. After arriving I booked my very first callback- JEKYLL & HYDE at Westchester Broadway Theatre as Sir Archibald Proops. New York has also put me in the good graces of organizations like The American Songbook Project (where I serve as treasurer and perform for school events and fundraisers) and The Duke Ellington Center for the Arts (where I employ my talents as an actor).

I have had the great pleasure of working with some of the best our industry has to offer including (but not limited to): Andrea Marcovicci, Robert Cuccioli, Victoria Clark, Teri Ralston, Paul Gordon, Joshua Finkle, and many more individuals whose contribution to the performing arts help keep it young, fresh and alive.

The ultimate goal being Broadway, I am creating a life and career in theatre and I hope to get just as much out of it as I am able to contribute.

The American Songbook Project hosted a benefit on Tuesday, July 26th at Sardi's. Author and advertising exec, Tyler DeAngelo, read excerpts from each chapter of his hilarious book “Learn Just Enough to Get Laid." It was followed by several of New York’s finest male artists who performed songs related to each chapter’s topic: cooking, wine, speaking French, astronomy, construction, magic, guitar, and religion.

METROSTAR Competition at The Metropolitan Room in NYC. Sean was chosen to compete in this unique competition offering the winner a fully produced cabaret in the venue.

5/22/2011-

Bound for Broadway _ The Duplex! Sean appreared in this on-going showcase, singing "Out There" & "Out There" :-) (from Disney's The Hunchback of Notre Dame & Cy Coleman's Barnum respectively).

The American Songbook Projects 1st ever GUILD SOIREE: Sean, not only the board treasurer, lent his vocal talents to the evening singing- "I Can't Give You Anything But Love," "Only Love," & "Over the Rainbow."
